Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.College students of SRIHER 2.Individuals who understand English . 3.Willingness and ability to participate in the trataka kriya practice session

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Individuals with medication for any disorder. •Individuals with eye conditions (including refractive errors of the eye), Eye infection, or surgery. •Individuals with headache •Yoga practitioner •Individuals with psychological or psychiatric disorders
