Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. State level archers with minimum 6 months of experience 2. Both male and female archers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any fracture in upper back and shoulder region 2. Open wound around shoulder and trapezius 3. Any history of neurological disorders 4. Malignancy 5. Any diagnosed case of systemic or local infection 6. Psychological disorder 7. Hypersensitive skin
