Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult patients of age between 18-45 years requiring trans alveolar surgical removal of third molar under local anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who do not have a mobile phone 2.Patients who cannot speak or understand Tamil or English
