Inclusion criteria: 1.Daignosed case of heaptitis b. 2.patients with HBV DNA quantative 500-2000 IU/ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who fail to give informed consent 2.Patient with cirrhosis, portal hypertension/ascites, and obstructive jaundice. 3.Pregnant and lactating women. 4.Patient with kidney and heart disease. 5.Patient of Diabetes and Hypertension. 6.Patient infected with Hepatitis A, C, D & Hepatitis E. 7.Mentally unstable .
