Interventions

Intervention1: Habbe Gul-e-Aakh and Rogan-e-Babuna: Habbe Gul-e-Aakh(pills) which contains
1-Gul-e-Madar(Calotropis gigantean L) 2-Zanjabeel(Zingiber officinale Roscoe) 3-Filfil Siyah(Piper nigrum L) 4-Barg-e-Baans (Bambusa arundinacea Wild) dose
500mg twice daily for 15 days and Rogan-e-Babuna for local application 10ml twice daily for 15 days Control Intervention1: nil: nil

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain in heel

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject of heel pain with Grade-1 and Grade-3 on VAS (Visual Analogue Scale). 2. Patients with the History of trauma and accidents involving Heel. 3. History of intraarticular steroid injection of Heel 4. Radiologically confirm cases of calcaneal spur 5. Patients with establish pathology over lower limb/ heel 6. Pregnant and Lactating Women
