Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with symptoms of angina and documented CAD by CTCA with or without prior evidence of CAD will be eligible to be enrolled into the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients already listed or planning to undergo coronary angioplasty in the 6 month study period Pregnant women Seriously ill patients Patients with psychiatric illnesses
