Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group: Above 18y posted for elective surgery under GA with endotracheal intubation. 2. ASA I/ II/ III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Submandibular or neck swellings 2. Anticipated Difficult airway 3. Facial deformity 4. cervical spine injury 5. operated cases of head and neck surgeries
