Intervention1: Trampoline Exercises: Total duration: 4 weeks Mini-Trampoline exercises would be given 3 times per week in non-consecutive days and 40 mins of total duration of each session including 1

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI for age percentile: More than 85th percentile. 2. Sedentary lifestyle: Physical activity questionnaire for Adolescents(PAQ-A)Score-1 and 2. 3. Participants with ages between 15-19 years. 4. Both Male and Female participants are included. 5. Willing participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical contraindications (visual deficiency, severe auditive, advanced locomotor disease, neurological and cardiovascular diseases, trauma, severe orthopedic conditions- fractures and soft tissue injury past 6 months, inability to perform the exercise intervention or having the habit of consuming drugs, alcohol and smoking). 2. Physically active students (involved in any kind of regular sports activity). 3. Fear of trampoline.
