Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: WOMAN 1.Woman in Age group 20-35 years undergoing delivery by vaginal route without any complication during delivery 2.Who can read either English or Hindi 3. Females in postpartum day 1 COMPANION 1 .Age >20yrs 2. Should stay with woman >60% of time during labour 3. Who can read Hindi or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: WOMAN 1.Women with postpartum complications 2.Experience of fetal death, or known psychiatric illness COMPANION 1.Severe cognitive defects(unable to read/write/answer questions.
