Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient having sign and symptoms of Mootra-Ashmari as described in Ayurvedic literatures and also having sign and symptoms of Urolithiasis as per modern medical sciences. 2.Pain in the renal angle & loin region, radiating towards groin. 3.Patients between age group of 18 to 65 years of both sexes. 4.Patients not willing to undergo for surgery or unfit for surgical interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with impaired renal function or any severe complications. 2.Staghorn renal stone. 3.Severe Haematuria. 4. >10 mm renal stone size. 5.Patients with immediate surgical requirements had been excluded from the study. 6.Known cases of Malignancy, ARF, CRF, etc. 7.Known cases of Severe Hypertensive. 8.Congenital anomaly of kidney.
