Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients fulfilling two of the three criteria of ESHRE/ASRM: Oligomenorrhoea or amenorrhoea, hyperandrogenism {Hirsutism/ Acne},USG finding of PCOD 2.Patients with Obesity 3. Patients with Acanthosis Nigricans

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with, 1.Pelvic pathology 2.Malignancies 3.Uncontrolled diabetes , hypertension ,Thyroid dysfunction 4.Pregnancy, lactation and on contraceptives [IUCD,OCPâ??s use within 3 months]

change in nature of cycle, Duration of cycle, duration of flow, amount of flow, obesity, hirsutism, acanthosis nigricans & changes in PBAC score, BMI, modified ferriman gallway sore, Acanthosis nigricans scale, SF12Timepoint: Once in a month after menses for 3 cycles & pre & post test
