Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A.S.A. physical status I and II 2. patients undergoing Proximal femoral nailing surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulopathies and bleeding diathesis. 2. Patients with known hypersensitivity to study drugs. 3. Patients with infection at the site of needle injection. 4. Patients with a previous history of inguinal hernia surgery and femoral bypass graft.
