Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective and emergency caesarean section ASA - II and III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age : 40 years of age Patient refusal Allergic to Local anaesthetic Bleeding disorder Parturients who is already on MgSO4 for Pre-eclampsia / Eclampsia

This study will be used to compare the duration of post operative analgesia between Magnesium Sulphate & Buprenorphine added to Bupivacaine in Transverse Abdominis Plane block in Caesarean section patients.Timepoint: 24hours
