Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 All patient of Indirect inguinal hernia 2 All patient of Direct inguinal hernia 3 All patients of Indirect/Direct Unilateral hernia 4 All patients of Indirect/Direct Bilateral hernia 5 Age above 18 and below 70 yrs 6 Controlled cases of hypertension ( 7 Controlled cases of diabetes mellitus (
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Age below 18 and above 70 yrs 2 Scrotal hernias 3 Strangulated hernias 4 Congenital hernias 5 Inguinal hernia with femoral canal occluded 6 If finger can get above the swelling – Scrotal swelling 7 HIV , HBsAG Infected 8 Collagen or connective tissue disorders. 9 Malignancy of bowel ,colon and testis
