Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age 18-60 years undergoing elective surgery. 2.american society of anesthesia I and II. 3. informed written consent from patient and attenders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of allergy to drugs. 2. receiving calcium channel blockers and opioids and anticoagulants. 3.with difficult intravenous access. 4 with difficult airway.

To assess withdrawal response to rocuronium injection.Timepoint: 1hour

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.hemodynamic changes to laryngotracheal intubation. Timepoint: hemodynamic changes like tachycardia, hypertension every 15 minutes ,up to 1 hour.;2.side effects of drugTimepoint: hallucination, emergence reaction, arrhythmias, bronchospasm.
