Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18-60 yr of either sex. 2.Patients undergoing elective surgeries with ASA grade 1 and 2. 3.written informed consent from the concerned patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients refusal. 2.patients with ASA physical status 3 and more. 3.patients with pre existing cardiovascular disease. 4. patients with a h/o preoperative sore throat. 5.patients with a h/o allergy to test drugs. 6.patients posted for emergency surgeries.
