Exclusion criteria: MORBID OBESITY PRESENCE OF INTRA ABDOMINAL PATHOLOGY HISTORY OF PULMONARY HYPERTENSION HISTORY OF RIGHT HEART FAILURE PATIENTS ON MECHANICAL VENTILATION OPEN TRAUMA TO THE NECK AND THORAX PREGNANCY
