Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: whom above 18 years of age, undergoing Polypropylene mesh repair for hernia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure of consent 2. Patients having ascites 3. Patients on immunosuppressant
