Intervention1: Intratympanic Dexamethasone (4mg/ml,10mg/ml)injection: 1)Take four different group-(Each group have 35 patients) -In Gp.A give 4mg/ml DXM 1 injection at every 3rd day -Gp.B give 4mg/ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: . All patients of Sensorineural hearing loss ( . All mixed hearing loss patients . Ringing sensation complaining patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Presbycusia . CP angle lesion . Patients to lost follow up . Refusal of consent for study . Patients of pure conductive hearing loss
