Inclusion criteria: Skeletal deep bite Reduced posterior and anterior facial height

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Poor periodontal status Blood dyscariasis Retreatment orthodontic patients Missing posterior teeth Hypersensitivity to botulinum toxin
