Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged between 18 to 60 years posted for elective surgery of the upper limb under brachial plexus block. 2.ASA grade I/II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic agaents. 2.Patients with diabetes mellitus. 3.Patients with peripheral vascular diseases and vascular injuries or malformations. 4.Patients with B/L Upper limb trauma. 5.Pregnant patients. 6.Patients with mental illness 7.Patient refused to participate in study
