Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary care provider of all patients (age more than 18 years) with nasogastric tube insitu admitted in neurosurgery ward, neurology ward in AIIMS Delhi 2. Primary care provider who provides care to the patients in hospital and home for more than 8 hrs a day 3.Care provider age range between 18 to 50 years 4.Primary care giver of patients having nasogastric tube in situ more than 2 weeks6.willingness to participate in the study 5.Ability to understand Hindi or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have not smart phone 2. care givers not able to communicate

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary caregiver will be able to give nasogastric tube feeding in a correct manner that will reduce the complications due to nasogastric tube feeding .Timepoint: Out come will be assessed after 2 weeks of intervention.

Secondary
