Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary care giver providing a minimum of 11 hours of care per day to spinal cord injured patients with ASIA impairment scale either A or B or C admitted for inpatient rehabilitation in the department of PMR.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Paid caregivers and Any care giver who is unlikely to continue as primary caregiver after discharge during follow up period,

MeasureTime frame
To study the effect of domiciliary rehabilitation on burden of care & quality of life for primary care givers of individual with spinal cord injury using 1) Zarit Burden Inventory. 2) WHOQOL-BREF scale.Timepoint: Before discharge & 3 months after domiciliary rehabilitation.

MeasureTime frame
1)To study the effect of socio demographic factors on burden of care in primary care givers of individual with spinal cord injury. 2)To study the association between neurological level of injury on burden of care in primary care givers of individual with spinal cord injury.Timepoint: Before discharge & 3 months after domiciliary rehabilitation.
