Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary diagnosis of Interstitial lung disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years Refused consent Lack of competency in completing questionnaire Prior psychiatric illness prior to the diagnosis of ILD Had evident memory loss ( delirium, dementia ) Patient who were diagnosed to have malignancy Patient who are critically ill.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To determine the severity of cough & dyspnea in patients with ILD and To determine the prevalence of pyschological stress and quality of life in patients with ILDTimepoint: The assesment of cough and dyspnea and pschological stress and quality of life will be done at the baseline evaluation. There is no follow up of the patient.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) To find any association of lung function , treatment details & type of ILD & duration of ILD disease with pyschological stress & quality of life in patients with ILDTimepoint: The assesment of cough & dyspnea & pschological stress & quality of life will be done at the baseline evaluation.
