Intervention1: Gyrokinesis exercises (Sitting Aerobics where only upper trunk, upper limb movements are done).: Following exercises will be given for 5 days per week X 2 weeks: 1. Knee in and out 2.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals of either sex (male and female ) 2. Individuals of 19 to 45 yrs of age. 3. BMI (Body Mass Index ) above >23 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals of any cardiorespiratory issues 2. Pregnant or lactating women 3. Previously involve in any physical activity 4. Individuals with any history or fracture or surgery in past 1 yr 5. Known case of any musculoskeletal disorders like musculoskeletal disorders like muscular dystrophy , hemiplegia , cerebral palsy . 6. Individuals with any endocrinal disorders like hypothyroidism , hyperthyroidism and diabetes . 7. Any known cases of any spinal / back conditions .
