Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Boxers performing at district level and above. -Boxers practicing for more than 6 months, 3-4 times a week. -Boxers between the age of 18-26 years. -Boxers with Dominant upper limb of the boxer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Boxers with resting systolic BP exceeding 140 mmHg. - Boxers with resting diastolic BP exceeding 90 mmHg. - Boxers with any orthopedic, neurological or cardiovascular diseases. - Boxers currently taking any medications or supplements (including hormonal contraceptives) or having a history of blood clotting. - Boxers that reported smoking in last 6 months
