Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years patient with ASA PS 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) pregnant and lactating mothers 2)patient with cardiac diseases, renal and hepatic disorders 3)systemic diseases affecting nose 4)patient with chronic fascial pain.
