Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke diagnosis was confirmed by the neurologist on the basis of clinical examination of CT scan, MRI scan. 2. Subjects with acute and sub-acute hemiparesis. 3. Both right and left hemiparesis. 4. Diagnosis of first stroke history. 5. Brunnstrom motor stage of lower extrimity equal to greater than 2. 6. Both male and female. 7. Age 40-50 years. 8. Able to maintain upright posture with moderate assistance. 9. Can sit independently for 30 seconds on stable surface. 10. Anticipated remaining in the geographic area - Coimbatore city.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medically unstable. 2. History of any severe injuries and defects. 3. Peripheral vascular diseases. 4. Lower extremity joint or weight bearing pain. 5. Uncooperative subjects. 6. Functional visual issues. 7. Any other orthopedic problems and other conditions such as - Total Knee Replacement, Total Hip Replacement, Osteoarthritis that affect Gait. 8. Any other neurological problems that include movement disorders â?? Parkinson disease, Cerebellar issues, Epilepsy, Spinal Cord injuries. 9. Uncontrolled health conditions for exercise is contra indicated â?? uncontrolled Hypertension, Heart Disease, Arrhythmia, Rheumatic Heart Disease, Heart Failure, Angina.
