Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All pateint with regular menstrual cycle with anovulatory cycle. 2) All pateint with irregular menstrual cycle eith anovulatory cycle. 3) Age group 18 years- 40 years 4) Patient reported with anovulatory cycle 5) Pcos with anovulatory cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient suffering from thyroid diseases. 2)Disorder of reproductive tract as carcinoma, congenital deformities of reproductive tract 3)Patient suffering from chronic illness, cardiac diseases.
