Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Term and Late preterm neonates (34 weeks and above) who are classified as â??at risk for sepsisâ?? within 72 h after birth will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Newborns who receive prophylactic antibiotics for conditions other than suspected sepsis, features suggestive of chromosomal abnormalities and with major congenital anomalies.
