Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2diabetes mellitus, Age group 40-70years, Patients of both sexes, Patient who have diabetic only with distal sensory loss with pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with autonomic diabetic neuropathy Peripheral neuropathy in nondiabetic patients Third stage of diabetic neuropathy Patients with epilepsy disorder Patient with CNS disorder Patient who have nephropathy and cardiac manifestation.

MeasureTime frame
Improvement will be assessed by clinical examination and investigation of FBG level.Timepoint: 15 DAYS
