Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients of both genders aged 18-90 years, undergoing Carotid artery Stenting/angioplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with GCS less than or equal to 8(those who are not fully conscious and not able to provide consent) 2) patients with concomitant anterior cerebral artery or middle cerebral artery stenosis 3) hemodynamically unstable patients
