Inclusion criteria: Patients of age group 1 year to 18 years of either gender undergoing thoracotomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients not giving assent or consent. 2)Block site infection. 3)Allergic to local anaesthetic drug.
