Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of age between 15 to 60 years irrespective of sex, occupation, economic status, caste, and religion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. known cases of diabetes, severe hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, hemiplegia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, malignancies, hypothyroidism, Cushing syndrome, AIDS (acquired immune deficiency syndrome), tuberculosis, and psychiatric patients will be excluded.
