Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 & 2 patients undergoing laproscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.candidates with pre-existing diabetes mellitus 2.history of allergy to dexamethasone 3.chronic steroid therapy 4.pregnancy
