Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 12-80 years inclusive 2. Biopsy-proven diagnosis of one of the following GNs within 36 months of enrollment: IgA nephropathy Podocyopathy Membranous nephropathy Membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis: C3 glomerulopathy, dense deposit disease, and immune-complex membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis, monoclonal or polyclonal immunoglobulin deposit disease) SLE Nephritis Vasculitis related and others 3. Availability of kidney biopsy report 4. Willingness to participate in study and follow-up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic nephropathy 2. Prior kidney transplant

| Patient will be followed until one of the following: 1. Dialysis 2. Transplantation 3. Death 4. Withdrawal from study 5. Study completion. Timepoint: Patient enrollment in the study will start from 15th June 2023(after receiving CTRI registration Number) & the enrollment will continue till 15th June 2026. Every patient will be followed up for a duration of 3 years. A retrospesctive data will be collected from the period of Jan 2019 to Jun 2023. | — |
