Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients belonging to the age group of 16-60 years 2) Diagnosed cases of Gridhrasi (Sciatica) 3) Patients having classical symptomatology of Gridhrasi 4) Patients having Positive SLR test 5) Patients having Positive Lasegueâ??s sign
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients below 16 years or above 60 years 2) Patients not willing to be registered for the trial 3) Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus 4) T.B. of spine and hip joint 5) Malignancy of spine or other organs 6) History with spine fracture (trauma) 7) Uncontrolled Hypertension 8) Cardiac diseases 9) Anaemic patients having Hb 10) Pregnancy
