Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with the signs and symptoms of Janu Sandhigata Vata (Knee Osteoarthritis) will be selected of both sexes irrespective of caste, religion, and locality will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with Amavata (Rheumatoid Arthritis), Vatarakta (Gouty Arthritis), Psoriatic Arthritis, SLE, Tuberculosis etc. • Janu Sandhigata vata due to Abhighata (Injury) • Obesity with a body mass index >30 (calculated as weight in kg/height in m2), unable to walk without aids or non-ambulatory participants. • Chronic cases with bony deformities.
