Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the duration of postoperative analgesia of pre-emptive USG guided ESPB using bupivacaine alone compared with bupivacaine and dexamethasone in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgeries under general anaesthesia.Timepoint: From time of block upto 24 hours after block

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To compare the total need of rescue analgesia in first 24 hours. 2. Incidence of postoperative nausea and vomitingTimepoint: From the time of block upto 24 hours after the block
