Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The present study will include all patients with gastric cancer deemed suitable for radical distal gastrectomy with curative intent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had previous gastric or small bowel surgery 2. Adjacent or additional organ resection. 3. Palliative resection
