Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of cirrhosis and septic shock

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with a severe pre-existing cardiopulmonary disease 2. Patients with a known allergy to albumin 3. Pregnant or lactating women 4. Patients of end stage renal disease 5. ARDS 6. cerebrovascular event 7. brain death or likely brain death within 24 hours
