Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are currently active in Competitive hockey sports.  Had general field sport training history >= 3 times/ week    Playing experience of subject of >3yrs in Competitive sports and currently in competitive sports.   Subject should be at least a district level player.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects having any acute illness (fever, viruses and any other infections) in past 3 months Subjects diagnosed with cardiovascular and central nervous system disorders Subjects with pronounced anemia Subjects having any injuries(fractures/ligament) related to upper limb, lower limb, spine in last 6 months   Obese individuals(Asian Pacific classification for BMI) GoalkeepersÂ
