Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Deciduous teeth with infected pulp. 2. Teeth with more than two-third of root length intact 3. Patients willing to participate in the study and who gave informed consent/assent. 4. Otherwise normal and healthy patients with no systemic disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Teeth with advanced internal or external resorption 2. Patients who have been administered antibiotics in the past 3 months before the date of reporting. 3. Teeth which are previously treated with pulpectomy procedures.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Kangen water, OXUM® and 2.5% NaOCl are likely to be similar in their anti-microbial properties as an irrigant. Timepoint: Day 1 and day 4.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To eastablish the pH at which Kangen water acts as antibacterial agent through In-Vitro Pilot Study.Timepoint: 1 month
