Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed Patients of Adhyasan Janya Grahani Dosha. 2.Patients with age group of 18 to 60 years. 3.Patients irrespective of Sex, Religion, Occupation, Marital status, Socio-economic status. 4.Patients having clinical sign and symptoms of Grahani Dosha and Adhyasan both. 5.Patients willing to sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with age below 18 years and above 60 years. 2.Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 3.Patients reported as having major systemic illness like Ischemic heart disease, Hypertension on medication, CAD (Coronary artery Disease) 4.Diagnosed cases of systemic disease like TB, HIV, Thyroid disfunction etc. 5.Known malignant condition like CA Stomach, CA intestine etc.

1.Improved digestive function. Digestive function will be assessed by focusing on symptoms like altered bowel movement with diarrhea and constipation 2. presence of mucous or food in stool 3. frequency and consistency of stoolTimepoint: 12 weeks
