Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Microbiologically proven Dengue Fever

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 1 year and age more than 12 years Patients who are in recovery phase Patients having known allergy to inj albumin

To compare the efficacy of 20% albumin vs Crystalloid infusion as a treatment modality in critical phase of Dengue FeverTimepoint: baseline assessment of blood pressure, hematocrit levels, urine output,serial complete blood hemogram at 2hrs,4hrs,8hrs,12hrs,18hrs,24hrs, 48hrs, 72 hrs

To compare the length of stay in PICU & early recovery To study the effect on mortality To study the side effects of albuminTimepoint: Assesment of overall recovery & prognosis at the end of 4 days, 7 days , 10 days & 14 days
