Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronicity >1year (if currently under medication for the same, after a washout period of 7days) Participants eligible for brimhana nasya Participants who give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with recent history of epistaxis. Known cases of traumatic, infective, inflammatory, neoplastic condition of cervical spine. Known cases of major systemic disorders hypertension (not taking medication and/or systolic BP >140 and /or diastolic BP >90mm of Hg), diabetes mellitus (not taking medication and/or FBS >110mg/dL), hypothyroidism (if uncontrolled). Pregnant women and lactating mother
