Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients willing to give informed written consent 2. ASA1 and ASA2 patient 3. patient age between 18 and 60 years 4. patients scheduled for elective middle ear surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA3 and ASA4 2. patients allergic to alpha 2 agonist patients with impaired mental status
