Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with End stage Knee OA Grade 4 as per Kellgren and Lawrence Scale. 2. All the consecutive cases/patients who will be operated for primary total knee replacement in GMERS Medical College & Hospital Dharpur during the study period. 3. Patients undergoing Unilateral TKR. 4. Patient willing participate and giving informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the Revision Total knee replacement 2. All patients who develop surgical site infection, peri-prosthetic Fractures, deformities around knee joint. 3. Patients undergoing Total knee arthroplasty for reasons other than primary Osteoarthritis. 4. Patient having BMI >30. 5. Patient not willing to Participate.
