Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients undergoing thoracic surgery under general anesthesia in the department of surgical disciplines at All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not fit for general anesthesia History of prior thoracic surgery Concomitant surgeries involving other system Emergency thoracic surgeries.
