Intervention1: TAP BLOCK: TRANSEVERSE ABDOMINIS BLOCK A TYPE OF REGIONAL BLOCK FOR PAIN MANAGEMENT. 20ml 0.2% ropivacaine will be administered each on both side intamuscularly immediately after LSCS C

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA GRADE 1 AND 2 PATIENTS PLANNED TO UNDERGO CAESAREAN SECTION

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal of patient 2.Allergy to local anesthetic 3. Obesity (body mass index >= 30 kg/m2) 4.local infection at the injection site of the TAP  5.Any Placental anomaly 6.Patients requiring general anaesthesia for obstetric or anaesthetic reasons,  7.Patients undergoing upper segment Caesarean section 8.Severe maternal or foetal compromise. 9.patients having following diagnosis diabetes,eclampsia,any gestational diseases such as HELLP syndrome and coagulopathies,cardiovascular,pulmonary and neurological diseases 10.Contraindications neuraxial anaesthesia
